Build a career from a foundation of strength and optimism.

What is career coaching?

A career today is not something fixed and rigid. It needs to flex with how the world is changing; reflect the context of our lives and where they’re rooted.

The building blocks of a career is our values and strengths. From these come our why - purpose - and how we need to move through the world to be at our best.

And how do we know what are purpose is? How do we navigate life’s twists and turns so that we do not loose ourselves amidst frustrations, disappointments and uncertainty? How do we protect ourselves from the debris of self doubt, fear and procrastination that can block our path forward?

Before students embark on the next chapter of their journey it is important they answer these questions. This is where career coaching begins.

The process ends with enhanced emotional intelligence and a design for accomplishment.

Emotional intelligence is the scaffolding that supports you to build a life around your hopes and dreams for your future.

The design that follows, is the blueprint for successfully navigating the uncertainty and unpredictability that characterises our rapidly changing world today.
