How I can Help

Workshops

I can deliver bespoke workshops to groups of students, graduates or professionals. These would focus on well-being, emotional intelligence, resilience and/or team building and collaboration exercises centred on the hackathon model for collaborative problem solving that Janice developed for Hack Access.

Time and cost dependent on the scope of the workshop

Life Coaching

I can help you delve beneath the surface of your life to unearth the source of what’s preventing you to be at your most positive, authentic and effective self. Using self development tools focused on well-being and emotional intelligence, we assess, dismantle and redesign your life so it supports you to maximise your potential and elevate the quality of your life.

Communication & Presentation Skills

Sharing your ideas and presenting your vision for a better way of doing things at work takes courage and confidence. We all feel vulnerable when we challenge norms and present novel ideas to solve problems.

I have developed the Why, What & How Framework for communicating new ideas that can be adopted and used in any communication scenario. This can be delivered on a 1 to 1 basis or to groups.
